Systems · Automation · Web

The proof, labelled honestly.

One client project, live and linked. Three demo builds made to show the standard. And working systems, including one running on this page right now. Every card says exactly what it is, because the next thing I’d ask you to trust me with is how your business runs.

20 minutes. You leave with a clear view of what to build first, whether you hire me or not.

  • Live client project

One site carries this tag. It belongs to a real business, and you can go and use it today. I’d rather show you one true thing than a wall of dressed-up ones.

  • Demo build

Self-initiated builds on my own subdomains. They show the standard for a trade; they never pretend to be clients.

  • System: capability demo

Automation and AI work. Where a system runs in production it says so; where it demonstrates the pattern, it says that instead.

Working patterns

Systems and automation.

The work that doesn’t photograph well, and the work that pays for itself fastest. Each of these is a flow I’ve built end to end and can stand up on a call: trigger to record to reply, with nothing manual in the middle. They’re ordered the way I’d recommend them (the internal operation first, the front of house last) and tagged as exactly what they are.

System: capability demo

Internal admin and record sync

The same customer details stop getting retyped into three places. One record is written once and every other system reads from it, so the spreadsheet, the accounts package and the calendar finally agree with each other.

Built for operations where the admin has quietly grown into somebody’s second job.

Client onboarding, won to working

The moment a job is won, the welcome goes out, the file structure is created, the intake questions are asked and the first appointment is held. What used to be a checklist somebody half-remembers becomes the same run every time.

Built for businesses whose first week with a client decides whether the rest of it goes smoothly.

Ask ODUEX, the assistant on this page

The launcher in the corner is a working system, not a widget. It answers from a scoped knowledge base, says so when it doesn’t know, and when a conversation turns into an enquiry the whole transcript lands in my inbox, qualified and routed.

The same build I’d fit to your business: your knowledge, your tone, your inbox.

System: capability demo

Missed-call recovery

A call rings out. Within seconds the caller has a text carrying the business name and a callback promise, the enquiry has a record, and the owner has a queue to work through instead of a list of unknown numbers.

Built for trades and appointment businesses, where a caller who hears nothing simply phones the next number on the list.

Enquiry qualification in the DMs

Messages that arrive while the owner is mid-job get answered, asked the right two questions, and captured with contact details attached. Serious enquiries route straight to WhatsApp with their context; browsers get a polite answer and a link.

Built for businesses whose enquiries arrive on Instagram at all hours, and whose owners work with their hands.

No-show reminder sequence

Three messages before every appointment, each with a reschedule link, so a client who can’t make it tells the system early enough for the slot to be refilled. Confirmations, reminders and rebooking, with nobody typing any of it.

Built for clinics, salons and anyone who sells time by the half hour.

Demo builds

Three trades, one standard.

Three self-initiated builds on my own subdomains, one trade each, made to show what a front door looks like when it’s designed to start a workflow rather than sit in a search result. None of them is a client, and all three are live to click through.

Plumbing trade demo

Homepage of the plumbing demo build

A demo build for a plumbing business. Self-initiated and not commissioned: it exists to show what the build looks like when it is made for that trade rather than dropped onto a template.

A demo build for a salon, made to show the same standard applied to an appointment business. Nobody commissioned it and no salon named on it is a client of mine.

A demo build for a gardening and landscaping business. Same standard, a different trade, and like the other two it belongs to nobody but me.

The next step

Tell me what’s breaking.

If something on this page looks like your week, a short call decides what to build first. If nothing does, tell me what’s actually going wrong and I’ll tell you honestly whether I’m the right person to fix it.

20 minutes. You leave with a clear view of what to build first, whether you hire me or not.
