Before you buy anything

What happens to an enquiry after it lands?

Tell me how an enquiry travels through your business right now, from the first call or form to the job being invoiced. What comes back is a short written map of your own process: where it leaks, what that is costing you in hours, and what I would automate first. You do not have to hire me to use it.

Nothing you type leaves this page until you choose to send it.

Where is your business leaking?

Five questions about how an enquiry actually travels through your business. I draw your flow as you answer, and mark the points where leads and hours go missing. Nothing to install, no account to make.

It comes back as a short written map. If the answer is that you do not need me, I will say so.

Where an enquiry lands, who sees it, where it gets written down, and what happens if nobody replies. A few lines is plenty.

I reply to every enquiry personally within one working day. If I can't help, I'll say so and point you at someone who can.

The written map

What I actually send back.

Not a report, and not a proposal with a sales page stapled to it. One page you could put in front of somebody on your team, and they would recognise their own week in it.

Your flow, written out

The route an enquiry takes from first contact to invoice, in the order it actually happens rather than the order you would describe it. Most owners have never seen their own written down.

Where it leaks, and what it eats

Every point where an enquiry can stall, go unseen, or quietly stop moving, with the hours it takes out of your week named beside it.

What I would automate first

The one change worth making before any of the others, and the ones I would leave alone. Sometimes the fix is a change to how you work, and software would only make the mess faster.

Some of what ends up on that list will not need me at all. It will be a setting in something you already run, or ten minutes of somebody's Tuesday, and I will tell you that rather than build around it.

If you would rather just talk, the call does the same job with me asking the questions instead of a form.

20 minutes. You leave with a clear view of what to build first, whether you hire me or not.
